🛣 Дороги Хабаровского края стали безопаснее благодаря президентскому нацпроекту
С 2019 года мероприятия по повышению безопасности дорожного движения выполнялись в рамках нацпроекта «Безопасные качественные дороги». Всего за 6 лет муниципальным образованиям было выделено свыше 500 млн рублей субсидий.
📍 На дорогах местного значения установили 4 220 дорожных знаков, 10 852 погонных м дорожных ограждений и 3 725 м систем разделения на 4-х полосных улицах. Отремонтировано свыше 100 тыс. кв. м тротуаров, обустроено 213 пешеходных переходов. В порядок приведено 60 автобусных остановок.
Меры по повышению безопасности дорожного движения продолжатся в рамках нового нацпроекта «Инфраструктура для жизни».

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
