Бывший ростовский депутат Виталий Латышев похитил 300 млн рублей, выделенные на оздоровление детей из малообеспеченных семей. С 2015 года Минтруд выделил на эти цели 1 млрд рублей, 30% из которых осели в карманах Латышева. Он руководил детскими лагерями "Солнечная Поляна", "Орлёнок", "Дмитриадовский" и сильно экономил на питании детей: котлеты там были в меню, но не на столах. Вот так на детях Латышев себе заработал на дорогущий особняк, по степени безвкусной роскоши превосходящий даже хоромы ставропольского экс-главы ГИБДД Алексея Сафонова. Едва ли Латышев мог настолько внаглую пилить сотни миллионов без серьезной крыши. Стоит обратить внимание на то, что с 2013 года Минтрудом руководит Елена Елесеева — человек губернатора Ростовской области Василия Голубева, который мог быть конечным бенефициаром этих хищений.

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals. Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
