Так, например, после зимы сильно пострадала новая набережная у реки Нива в Кандалакше. Уложенная в 2020 году плитка на территории причала не выдержалаиспытания снегом. Практически везде покрытие просто провалилось под землю.
А ведь набережная появилась относительно недавно. На ее благоустройство потратили 60 млн рублей. Но часть денежек все же утекла вместе со снегом.
Примечательно, что на видео, которым поделились жители, есть хештег известного лозунга Андрея Чибиса «На Севере — Жить». Зато теперь сразу видно результаты работы главы Заполярья.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
