Проект предполагает выполнение работ на условиях аутсорсинга для управляющих организаций, товариществ собственников жилья (ТСЖ), жилищных строительных кооперативов (ЖСК) и собственников недвижимости.
Заместитель председателя Правительства Республики Коми и министр экономического развития, промышленности и транспорта Евгений Мазур отметил, что запуск проекта позволит привлечь 2,5 миллиона рублей инвестиций и создать 42 новых рабочих места.
