На заседании правительственной комиссии доложил вице-премьеру Виталию Савельеву о ликвидации ЧС на Черноморском побережье. Силами края продолжаем поддерживать в рабочем состоянии подъездной путь и обвалование кормы танкера «Волгонефть-239» у мыса Панагия в Темрюкском районе. Специалисты уже демонтировали и вывезли с судна 350 тонн металлоконструкций. Работы планируют завершить до 31 марта. После удаления частей танкера приступим к разбору обвалования.

Продолжаем вести работы по очистке пляжей от мелких фракций нефтепродуктов на всех участках берега. Для предприятий санаторно-курортной отрасли, которые находятся в зоне ЧС, предусмотрели краевую меру поддержки. С февраля им будет доступен заем до 5 миллионов рублей сроком до трех лет по ставке 2% годовых.

Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
