По поручению губернатора Михаила Дегтярёва в 2023 году в крае должны досрочно закрыть вопрос о расселении аварийного жилья, которое признали таковым до 1 февраля 2017 года. Тогда регион сможет перейти к следующему этапу и начать работу по улучшению жилищных условий тех граждан, чьи дома оказались в перечне аварийных после 1 января 2017 года.
