Как выяснили оперативники, забытый телефон присвоил себе 18-летний островитянин, который в день пропажи находился в том же заведении. Он перевел на свой счет 70 тысяч рублей с помощью смс-сообщения, а затем сломал и выбросил гаджет. Все деньги подозреваемый потратил на личные нужды.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по п. «г» ч. 3 ст. 158 УК РФ-кража, совершенная с банковского счета. В отношении фигуранта избрана мера пресечения в виде подписке о невыезде и надлежащем поведении.
