🧡Обед Чечевичный супчик с имбирем (вместо картофеля нравится добавлять батат. Можно не пюрировать блендером, оставлять кусочками)
В чем экономия времени? ✔️Супчик готовится 45 минут. Еще и на 2 раза Глебу. ✔️Тефтели - остались со вчера, каждый день я с ужином не выделываюсь ✔️Пшенку сварила с вечера. Она так ещё вкуснее. ✔️Гречку отварила в пакетике (уж как есть) 🥢🥢🥢🥢🥢🥢🥢🥢🥢🥢🥢🥢 ✔️Перекусы выбираем - ЗДЕСЬ Вафли - ЗДЕСЬ
