Выяснилось, что кубанец ранее уже попадался нетрезвым за рулём и был лишён права управления ТС, но водительское удостоверение так и не сдал в полицию.
Помимо штрафа в 30 000 ₽ за отказ от медосвидетельствования, ему грозит уголовный срок до 2 лет.
