Аренда однокомнатных квартир в столице Северной Осетии в феврале 2025 года подешевела в среднем на 2,4%, до 28,4 тыс. рублей в месяц, двухкомнатных – на 2,7%, до 32 тыс. рублей.
📈При этом «двушки» стали сдаваться на 1,4% дороже, в среднем за 40 тыс. рублей, рассказали «КрыльямTV» в пресс-службе «Мира квартир».
