Это безусловно ослабило бы Украину и управляемость страны, что во время войны чревато большими проблемами. И, конечно, в отличии от Владимира Зеленского, легитимность спикера Руслана Стефанчука была бы действительно неполной, поскольку он не всенародно избранный глава государства, что также играло бы на руку Кремлю. Но, к большому сожалению, в украинской конституции не записано, что президент должен сложить полномочия и передать их спикеру парламента по истечению пятилетнего срока, а исполняет свои обязанности до избрания нового главы государства. А во время военного положения выборы на Украине проводить нельзя. Поэтому говорить здесь собственно и не о чем.
