Голубев - нет, что неудивительно, ведь он допустил бунт 16 июня 2024 г, когда шестеро заключенных сбежали из камер содержания и захватили в заложники двух сотрудников ФСИН в СИЗО-1 Ростова-на-Дону. Голубев с высокой вероятностью отправляется на пенсию или в частную компанию.

False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
