Мероприятие приурочено к празднованию Дня дипломатического работника.
Присутствовали спикер Народного Собрания — Парламента Абхазии Л. Н. Ашуба, и.о. Министра иностранных дел С. М. Шамба, другие официальные лица, представители дипкорпуса и общественности.
