Сегодня, 31 января, в рамках дня здоровья, от библиотеки и профсоюза довелось быть на звуковой медитации (звуковые чаши, колокольчики и прочие инструменты). Её вела незрячая фея, как сама себя называет Нина Красина (так понимаю, в этой области известный звукотерапевт). Сама я с такого рода практикой познакомилась впервые. Честно говоря, идти не хотелось, даже было страшновато, но по долгу службы, пошла. Не жалею, просто необычный опыт, в целом, понравилось, но до конца расслабиться не удалось. Больше не планирую. Вообще, я люблю тишину и Гимн России, а всё остальное - не моё. Сама Нина одарённый, красивый, светлый человек, к ней хотелось прикасаться. Спасибо.

Благодаря этой встрече у меня возникла идея коллекционировать колокольчики )) Шучу. Один у меня уже есть - привезённый из Свято-Троицкой Сергиевой лавры в 2009 году.
