А при цене выше 60 долларов российские власти начнут даже пополнять свои резервы в юанях. При этом есть и неутешительные прогнозы. В случае, если цена нефти по итогам года упадет до 25 долларов, то Россия может исчерпать свои запасы в юанях уже в этом году.
Сейчас у Минфина и ЦБ 310 миллиардов юаней (45 миллиардов долларов).
Юань - единственная валюта, оставшаяся в российских резервах, которую Россия может использовать для операций на валютном рынке после ареста активов на сумму около 300 миллиардов долларов.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
