Пока я читала лекции, премия "Большая книга" объявила новый регламент. Две номинации: "Художественная литература» и «Нон-фикшн ». В каждой из двух номинаций будет по одному победителю, и он получит 3 миллиона рублей.
Начиная с нового сезона, получить "Большую книгу" можно будет только один раз (предыдущие лауреаты имеют ещё один шанс).
"Выбор читателей" формально объявили отдельной номинацией, но денег впе равно не предлагают. Ещё будут выделять и отмечать аудио в номинации "Лучшая аудиокнига". Финалистам предложат приоритетные выкладки в Читай-городе.
В длинных списках суммарно не больше 50 книг, в коротких - не больше 15(а то литакадемики половину не читают).

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
