В Лениногорске прошел час памяти, приуроченный к Международному дню памяти жертв Холокоста

В Лениногорской центральной библиотеке им. Г. Тукая прошло мероприятие, приуроченный к Международному дню памяти жертв Холокоста.

Ежегодно в рамках «Недели памяти жертв Холокоста» вспоминали о шести миллионах евреев, которые подвергались гонениям из-за их религиозных и политических взглядов.

Для молодежи и подростков в библиотеке прошел час памяти. Ребятам рассказали о лагерях смерти, в которых в Великую Отечественную войну фашисты истребили миллионы людей еврейской национальности, о зверских расправах над детьми и взрослыми. Через фильмы «Список Шиндлера», «Пианист» и «Жизнь прекрасна» ребята смогли погрузится в атмосферу ужаса того времени. Кроме того, в библиотеке была организована книжная выставка под названием: «Холокост- время войны».
