Механизм получения заграна не поменялся, но вот получал дольше, не 5 месяцев, а полгода с хвостиком. Так же выдан мид, начало кода отделения совпадает с телефонным номером страны и есть штамп что в национальный паспорт не проставлена отметка о выдаче заграна и ее нужно гасить в будущем по приезду
