Судья Арбитражного суда Тюменской области Вера Власова констатировала отказ Департамента ЗОиГ Администрации г. Тюмени от отказа (простите за тавтологию) от исковых требований к СЗ "ИНКО", и назначила рассмотрение дела по существу на 20 августа 2024 года.
Настоятельно рекомендуем прокуратуре Тюменской области подключиться к этому арбитражному процессу и не допустить совершение коррупционного преступления.
