💳 В «Т-Банке» сообщили, что продавцы криптовалюты могут оказаться в базе мошенников Центрального банка по новым правилам.
В принципе, это не удивительно. Это и по старым правилам периодически происходило с программистами, работающими за рубежом и пополнявшими свои российские счета за счёт продажи криптовалюты.
Согласен с коллегами из Банка России:
вывод средств из России — дело привычное, а вот
завод средств в Россию — явно подозрительная операция, таких отщепенцев нужно блокировать — явные мошенники.

Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
