Благоустройство- дело хорошее... Только вот как быть, что за муниципальные деньги г-н Цветков хочет благоустраивать частную землю?!! Надеюсь, что прокуратура города изучит обоснованность выделения дополнительных 6 миллионов рублей... И даст правовую оценку таким ассигнованиям...
