Если не случится "клиника" — думаю, что проект может быть вполне перспективным, даже с учетом особенностей площадки: Волоколамка + ЖД. Планировки не плохие (см. презу)+ нью парк Покровское-Стрешнево (в 5-ти минутах пешком) 🔗ссылка

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
