Но сама загрузка в судах и правда бывает за гранью добра и зла. Судите сами, в топе сезона у одного судьи Арбитражного суда г. Москвы было на один день (не неделю, не месяц) назначено 432 дела (!!!!) (по словам нескольких источников в суде это пока абсолютный рекорд). Мне кажется комментировать это бессмысленно. Даже если треть эти дел прошла без явки сторон, а треть была по одним и тем же сторонам, мы все равно смотрим на 130+ дел которые судья должен успеть рассмотреть в окно с 9 до 18. Отсюда три наши небольшие притчи (для видимости выполнения контент плана разобьем их на три дня):
