ارگان خبری مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران اعلام کرد مجید خوش‌منظر، کارمند ارشد کنترل ترافیک مشهد که به «محاربه» متهم شده بود، پیشتر توسط شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب مشهد به ۱۰ سال حبس و یک سال تبعید به تایباد محکوم شده بود که حکم عیناً در دادگاه تجدید نظر تایید شده است.
مجید به همراه فرزندش، امیررضا خوش‌منظر و بابک زرین در آبان ۱۴۰۱ بازداشت شده بودند.
