"Кронштадт" погряз в судах на 1,17 млрд рублей.

✈️ Только за последние три месяца АО "Кронштадт" стало ответчиком по 37 арбитражным делам, истцы пытаются взыскать с производителя БПЛА 1 172 940 063 рубля. Это, если вдруг у кого-то зарябило в глазах от цифр, больше миллиарда рублей.

Среди крупных требований:

📌 иск на 30,4 млн рублей от АО "По "Электроприбор";
📌 на 26,5 млн рублей от ООО "Кронос";
📌 на 23 млн рублей от ООО "НПФ "Эридан";
📌 еще на 23 млн рублей от ООО "Инвест-Проект";
📌 АО ГМЗ "Агат" требует 130,8 млн рублей;
📌 АО "ЭМЗ" - 143 млн рублей;
📌 а ООО "Промспецсервис" - 142 млн рублей.

Самые большие требования выдвинуло АО "Элара" - про иск на 409,5 млн рублей мы уже писали и тогда предположили, что речь может идти о контрактном производстве электроники для БПЛА. Производитель беспилотников оказался должен даже "Яндекс Такси", хотя, казалось бы, какая тут связь. Но далеко с такими долгами предприятие может и не уехать.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
