По итогам заседания совета по взаимодействию с предприятиями транспортного машиностроения РЖД сообщила, что её потребности до 2035 года составляют 680 локомотивов в год.
В прошлом году РЖД приобрели у российских машиностроителей все изготовленные сверх плана локомотивы. При плане поставки в 491 в 2022 году было закуплено 497 электровозов и тепловозов, а на 2023 год план вырос ещё на 20% – до 602 локомотивов.
