Самарская область снова действует с опережением плана, на этот раз речь о программе по переселению людей из аварийных домов.
Об этом сообщили на совещании в правительстве региона под руководством первого вице-губернатора Виктора Кудряшова. В настоящий момент из аварийного жилья переселили уже 11,3 тыс. самарцев. Площадь расселения составила 187 тысяч кв. м. Это 112% от планового показателя в 166,4 тысячи кв. м. По четвертому этапу программы заключены контракты на приобретение 90% квартир, по пятому - около 60%. При этом вся программа рассчитана до конца 2024 года.
«Мы не только перевыполнили годовой план, но и создали хороший задел на будущее. Уверен, что и в начавшемся году мы справимся с поставленными задачами», - отметил Виктор Кудряшов.
