Рабочая группа МЧС России проверила: ✅оснащение и укомплектованность аварийных бригад и спасательных групп; ✅готовность к действиям по предназначению; ✅ специальные знания участников для проведения аварийно-спасательных работ во время половодья.
🤝Готовность сил и средств, предназначенных для ликвидации последствий возможного половодья, необходимо поддерживать на должном уровне постоянно.

But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care.
