Среди них: гости федерального уровня, том числе первый вице-премьер Андрей Белоусов, полпред президента России в СФО Анатолий Серышев и министр энергетики РФ Николай Шульгинов.
На пленарном заседании форума в центре внимания —перспективы развития угольной отрасли страны, вопросы импортозамещения и диверсификации экономики угольных регионов.
Также в рамках форума запланировано совместное заседание президиума правительственной комиссии по транспорту и комиссий госсовета РФ по направлениям «Энергетика» и «Транспорт», где рассмотрят вопросы железнодорожных перевозок угля.
