Прокуратура Санкт-Петербурга провела проверку по исполнению трудового законодательства в одном из медицинских учреждений города.
Установлено, что руководство учреждения поручило своему подчиненному исполнять обязанности его коллеги, который с сентября по ноябрь 2024 года находился в отпуске. Однако письменного согласия на выполнение дополнительной работы сотрудником получено не было.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
