Пресс-служба областных судов пишет, что в марте 2022 года Данила Спирков опубликовал на странице «Вконтакте» «фигуру из пальцев на фоне автомобиля полиции и непристойную фразу о правоохранительных органах». Экспертиза решила, что снимок «содержит побуждение к совершению насильственных действий в отношении сотрудников полиции».
В мае 2024 года обвиняемого внесли в реестр «террористов и экстремистов», обращает внимание правозащитный проект «ОВД-Инфо».
Утверждается, что Спирков признал вину. Суд назначил ему год лишения свободы условно, год испытательного срока и год запрета на публикации в соцсетях.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
