Как пишет «Медиазона», административное дело возбудили против Эрманно Риццо. По версии суда, 30 ноября гражданин Италии «демонстрировал средства наглядной агитации — радужный флаг с изображением белого голубя с цветком и надписью „Расе“» (в переводе с итальянского — «мир»).
Суд решил, что флаг «транслирует негативное отношение к военной операции ВС РФ», а сам Риццо «дискредитировал» российскую армию. Ему назначили штраф в 50 тысяч рублей.
На суде Риццо не признал вину и заявил, что у него дома с женой есть разные флаги, а 30 ноября он решил погулять с одним и пофотографироваться.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams.
