Моя Родина состоит из простых слагаемых: Выглядит - как рыжие сосны, устремленные в низкое небо, Ощущается - как светлый песок, заменяющий нам почву, Пахнет - дымом торфяников и раскаленным на солнце сосняком, На вкус - горечь брусники, А звучит - криками чаек.
Чайки прилетают в середине весны и размыкают небо, принося с собой солнце и тепло. Они будят по утрам надрывными криками и рассекают гладь рек и озер. А в середине лета вдруг резко смолкают и начинается тягучий, как капли мёда, август. И их первый крик, услышанный мною, для меня всегда праздник.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
