فلسفه علم، دربردارندهٔ هر گونه بحث در مورد مسایل بنیادین علم و علوم می‌شود. کافی است کوشش ما در راستای تبیین روشمند علم باشد مثلاً 🔹 دانستن 🔹شناخت و افزار شناخت 🔹 یقین 🔹گمان‌های در حکم یقین 🔹 صدق 🔹 انسجام 🔹 موجّهیت 🔹ارزیابی گونه‌های معرفت و تعیین ملاک صحت و خطای معرفت 🔹بررسی علم به معنای شاخه علمی 🔹روش‌ها و منطق اکتشاف و گردآوری و داوری و تبیین و اوضاع و ادوار و اطوار معرفت 🔹 تحلیل تاریخ علم 🔹بررسی نظرّیه‌های گوناگون در همین حوزه‌ها و 🔹 هر نهادهٔ علمی موجّهی که در مورد علوم بشری چیزی برای عرضه دارد همچنین 🔹آن دسته مطالعات حوزه‌بندی شدهٔ فلسفه علم؛ مانند 🔸 معرفت شناسیِ علوم طبیعی یا 🔸ریاضیات 🔸منطق 🔸مباحث درجهٔ دومی معرفت دینی و… همه از جنس فلسفهٔ علم است؛ بنابراین احتمالاً تعبیر «فلسفهٔ معرفت‌شناسی» بی‌معنا است. چرا که هر آنچه در فلسفه معرفت‌شناسی فراچنگ بحث کنندگان آن می‌آید ، باید در معرفت‌شناسی مورد وارسی قرار گیرد. به خلاف «معرفت‌شناسی فلسفه» که کوششی برای تبیین چگونگی برساخته شدن فهم‌های هستی‌شناختی ما است»

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public.
