Интересно, что его визит совпал с новым этапом в жизни Сирии - официальным назначением Ахмеда аш-Шараа на пост президента, роспуска старой армии и служб безопасности, старого парламента и партии "Баас".
Все это, повторю, очевидные шаги. Интереснее другое, как будут строиться новые структуры.
Катар же всегда поддерживал сирийскую оппозицию и теперь новые власти ждут от Дохи финансовую помощь. Уже были обещаны деньги на зарплаты госслужащим. Думаю этим не ограничится. Собственно вероятно Катар станет основным финансовым покровителем Сирии, а Турция военно-политическим.
