Сегодня в День освобождения Красносулинского района от немецко-фашистских захватчиков вручили юбилейную медаль к 80-летию Победы участнику Великой Отечественной войны Иванову Петру Георгиевичу.
Ветеран прошел большой боевой и жизненный путь, воевал на Ленинградском, Прибалтийском фронтах. Награждён двумя Орденами Красной звёзды, Орденом Отечественной войны, медалью за боевые заслуги.
На Собрании депутатов Красносулинского района ветерану присвоено звание "Почетный гражданин Красносулинского района".
