💥В преддверии Нового года во Дворце детского и юношеского творчества состоялось музыкально-игровое театрализованное представление "День рождения Деда Мороза".

✨60 детишек, состоящих на обслуживании в Комплексном центре социального обслуживания населения г.Дербента, стали участниками мероприятия.

Ребята весело провели время. А в завершение праздника каждый ребенок получил новогодние сладкие подарки от благотворителя Екатерины Тушиевой.

✨Директор КЦСОН Теймур Саругланов выражает
огромную благодарность руководителю ДДЮТ Мазановой Заидат Сядединовне и общественному деятелю Екатерине Тушиевой за проявленное внимание и возможность подарить детям волшебное настроение!!!!

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
