⚡️Глава Минтруда России Антон Котяков высоко оценил работу и оснащение ульяновского Центра реабилитации бойцов СВО и членов их семей.

▫️Это первый в России подобный центр, созданный в системе соцзащиты. За год работы здесь получили помощь свыше 1300 человек. Учреждение расположено на базе третьего корпуса социально-реабилитационного центра имени Е.М. Чучкалова. Здание мы капитально обновили за счет бюджета и оснастили самым современным оборудованием.

▫️Благодаря федеральному финансированию приступим также к ремонту первого корпуса социально-реабилитационного центра имени Е.М. Чучкалова, который расположен в Ундорах. После капремонта там будут проходить реабилитацию как пожилые граждане, так и участники СВО, члены их семей. Всего 2,5 тысячи человек в год. Модернизация позволит нам нарастить мощности и повысить качество услуг. В планах на этот год разработать документацию и приступить к ремонтным работам.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets. The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
