Диалог №1: судья (женщина) задает вопрос ответчику (пока еще мужу): – В чем причина развода? – жена узнала о другой женщине, мы поссорились и она заявила иск. – ну так вам и надо, заслужили.
Диалог №2: ситуация аналогичная, судья мужчина, задает вопрос истице: – причина развода? – муж мне изменил. – Ну зачем же вы так сразу принимаете такое решение?
Отсюда вывод: в подобных процессах желательно, чтоб судья совпадал с вами по половой принадлежности. Но это не точно!

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
