🔷 ادامه دادن به رشته و شغلی که بهش علاقه نداریم، بخاطر صرف هزینه و زمانی که کردیم. انجام پروژه‌‌ای که صرفه اقتصادی نداره، موندن تو رابطه عاطفی اشتباه، بخاطر صرف زمان و احساس، هزینه کردن برای سیستمی که عمرش رو کرده، سرمایه گذاری روی یک سهم و عدم فروشش علی‌رغم ضرری که کردیم. (ازدواج با سهم)! همه نمونه‌هایی از این سوگیری شناختی هست.
✅راه حل چیه؟ 1️⃣ از واقعیت فرار نکنید و شکست‌هاتون رو خیلی بزرگ نکنید تا باهاشون رو به رو بشید و اونا رو بپذیرید! 2️⃣ احساساتتون رو در دست بگیرید! ریشه تمام خطاهای انسانی ما در احساساتمون نهفته است. 3️⃣ بر اساس اطلاعات جامع تصمیم بگیرید نه تحلیل‌های شخصی یک یا چند نفره! 4️⃣ هر چند وقت یکبار مسیر اهدافتون رو بررسی کنید تا دچار انحراف نشید.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
