Уроженец Березы Иван Павлов всю свою жизнь посвятил защите Родины, участвовал в штурме Берлина во время Великой Отечественной войны.
Сегодня начальник управления по увековечению памяти защитников Отечества и жертв войн Вооруженных Сил полковник Сергей Корнев передал на хранение его государственные награды Березовскому краеведческому музею.
Награды были получены от родственников Ивана Павлова при содействии белорусского посольства в Молдове, чтобы сохранить память о герое.
