Ее автором стал член-корреспондент Российской академии художеств, Народный и Заслуженный художник Дагестана Магомед-Али Алиев. Над скульптурой высотой более 3-х метров, мастер трудился целый год. Композиция, которая пока скрыта от глаз прохожих до официального открытия, представляет собой фигуру Почетного Председателя Госсовета в полный рост, детали пока останутся в секрете. Образ Магомедали Магомедова отлит в бронзе. Открытие памятника намечено на 14 июня.
