1. Вызвать полицию и зафиксировать обстоятельства ущерба. Результат - любая бумага от МВД о произошедшем.
2. Сделать свои фото и видео на месте причинения ущерба.
3. Нанять оценщика, который должен организовать осмотр и вызов на него представителей УЖКХ и администрации города. Результат- заключение оценщика о стоимости ущерба.
4. Нанять юриста и подать в суд за компенсацией ущерба к УЖКХ и администрации города.
Судебная практика взыскания ущерба в таких случаях есть.
