26 декабря 2023 года Московский городской суд оставил в силе постановление Лефортовского районного суда города Москвы от 22. 12.2023 года в отношении Васильева Николая Михайловича, обвиняемого в совершении административных правонарушений, предусмотренных ч. 2 ст. 20.1 КоАП РФ (мелкое хулиганство).

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
