Постановлением Басманного районного суда города Москвы удовлетворено ходатайство органов предварительного расследования и в отношении заместителя министра обороны Российской Федерации Иванова Тимура Вадимовичу избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу на срок 2 месяца 00 суток, до 23 июня 2024 года.
По версии следствия, Иванову предъявлено обвинение в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ (Получение взятки в особо крупном размере). Иванов, занимая должность заместителя обороны РФ, курировал вопросы строительства и капитального ремонта объектов министерства обороны.
Следствие полагает, что Иванов вступил в преступный сговор с третьими лицами, заранее объединился с ними для совершения организованной группой преступления - получения взятки в особо крупном размере в виде оказания услуг имущественного характера при проведении подрядных и субподрядных работ для нужд Министерства обороны.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
