Постановлением Басманного районного суда города Москвыудовлетворено ходатайство следователя об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Хайкеля Бен Махфуда, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 2 ст. 301 УК РФ (Незаконные задержание, заключение под стражу или содержание под стражей) на срок 2 месяца 00 суток. Срок исчисляется срок с момента экстрадиции Хайкеля Бен Махфуда на территорию Российской Федерации либо с момента его задержания на территории Российской Федерации.
