🔸600 г курячого філе стегна
🔸10 шт кукурудзяних лавашів
🔸2 червоні цибулі
🔸2 томати
🔸1 болгарський перець
🔸1 Авокадо
🔸1 лайм
🔸1 банка консервованої квасолі
🔸100 г сиру чедер
🔸100 г сметани
🔸Часник, масло вершкове, кінза, мелений коріандр, сіль, чорний перець, паприка, оливкова олія за смаком

Приготування:
🔹Одну цибулину нарізати і припустити на пательні. Викласти до неї нарізану курятину, перець і підсмажити.
🔹Для соусу сальса дрібним кубиком нарізати помідор без серцевини. Додати частину подрібненої кінзи, половинку цибулі, сік лайма, сіль і оливкову олію.
🔹Зняти шкірку з авокадо, збити його в блендері разом із червоною цибулею, часником, сметаною, кінзою, сіллю і перцем.
🔹Тако розігріти на сухій пательні. Намастити його кремом із авокадо, зверху покласти м'ясо, сальсу та тертий сир. Прикрасити кінзою і подавати з квасолею. Смачного!
