🔹حفاظت عدم هماهنگی پل‌های کلید قدرت یا PD که مخفف Pole Discrepancy هست وظیفه دارد تا اختلاف موقعیت پل‌های بریکر را تشخیص دهد. این حفاظت مخصوص کلیدهای قدرتی است که هر کدام از پل‌های آن مکانیزم جداگانه‌ای برای قطع و وصل داشته باشد. در حالت عادی هر سه پل کلید باید قطع یا هر سه پل کلید باید وصل باشد. شرایط عدم هماهنگی پل‌های کلید قدرت وقتی پیش می‌آید که حداقل یک پل کلید وصل باشد در حالی که پل‌های دیگر قطع هستند. رله از طریق کنتاکت کمکی بریکر که به ورودی رله داده شده خطا را تشخیص می‌دهد. 🔹معیار دیگری که برای تشخیص عدم هماهنگی پل‌ها توسط رله استفاده می‌شود جریان است. در این حالت، عدم هماهنگی پل‌های کلید فقط وقتی به وجود می‌آید که جریان در هر سه پل کلید برقرار نباشد یعنی فقط یک پل یا دو پل کلید جریان داشته باشد. 🆔@PARSPAJOUHAAN_CEE

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
