🔹حفاظت عدم هماهنگی پل‌های کلید قدرت یا PD که مخفف Pole Discrepancy هست وظیفه دارد تا اختلاف موقعیت پل‌های بریکر را تشخیص دهد. این حفاظت مخصوص کلیدهای قدرتی است که هر کدام از پل‌های آن مکانیزم جداگانه‌ای برای قطع و وصل داشته باشد. در حالت عادی هر سه پل کلید باید قطع یا هر سه پل کلید باید وصل باشد. شرایط عدم هماهنگی پل‌های کلید قدرت وقتی پیش می‌آید که حداقل یک پل کلید وصل باشد در حالی که پل‌های دیگر قطع هستند. رله از طریق کنتاکت کمکی بریکر که به ورودی رله داده شده خطا را تشخیص می‌دهد. 🔹معیار دیگری که برای تشخیص عدم هماهنگی پل‌ها توسط رله استفاده می‌شود جریان است. در این حالت، عدم هماهنگی پل‌های کلید فقط وقتی به وجود می‌آید که جریان در هر سه پل کلید برقرار نباشد یعنی فقط یک پل یا دو پل کلید جریان داشته باشد. 🆔@PARSPAJOUHAAN_CEE

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
