Клиент купил квартиру с лоджией в Сиреневом парке. А потом бац, бац и квартира уже с зимним садом (по сути ничего не поменялось кроме коэффициента расчет площади - лоджия это 0,5, зс - 1). Все происходит в одностороннем порядке.

На приемке ничего не требовали. И спустя ГОД после подписания актов разослали покупателям смс с требованием "гони бабки, лох".

Пикантности добавляет хитровыебанная схема договора с уступкой. Мол это требует не АФИ, а Метромаш.
